About Me

I've been working in the counseling field since 2016—which means I’m coming up on a decade of walking alongside people through some of life’s toughest (and most meaningful) moments.

For nearly three years, I worked in an outpatient oncology clinic at a local hospital, where I primarily supported patients facing Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Breast Cancer. I helped lead educational groups, provided emotional support, and wore my social worker hat to connect patients with wigs, medical equipment, and other helpful resources. It was deeply humbling work that continues to shape how I show up for others.

After that, I gained experience in both contract and full-time counseling roles within a group practice setting. Then in 2022, I took the leap and opened my own private practice—a mix of therapist hat and entrepreneur hat.

I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and integrate CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) into my work, depending on what fits best for each client.

I believe therapy can be both grounding and transformative—with a dash of humor and humanity along the way.

Let's start working together!
